Mr. Spiegel delivers professional legal representation of the highest caliber.  He has litigated antitrust and commercial matters in courts around the United States -- from a dispute regarding business loans in Chester County, to a multi-million dollar battle over potato prices in Boise, Idaho.  In one case, Mr. Spiegel obtained a $2.8 million settlement as court-appointed class counsel on behalf of a group of subscribers to an internet business.

Mr. Spiegel prides himself on providing zealous, responsive representation to clients who need a big firm lawyer without the big firm rates.

Jeremy Spiegel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as articles editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law.  After law school, Mr. Spiegel clerked for the Honorable Stephen Skillman, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Appellate Division.  He then practiced at Weinstein Kitchenoff & Asher LLC beginning in 2008.  Mr. Spiegel completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania as well, graduating with a degree in Economics, cum laude.

Mr. Spiegel is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is a member of the bars of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
